- Confirmation of your booking will be sent to the email address you provide;

- Payment made on the spot prior to departure, directly to the provider;
- The website does not collect or process any payment information (credit card or bank details).
3. Cancellation and changes
- If you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hour before;
- Providers reserves the right to cancel the trip with the obligation to refund the full amount paid in advance for the trip to the passenger in the event of an insufficient number of registered passengers. Providers also reserves the right to change the tour program in the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. queues at border crossings, traffic jams…). and cancel the tour in the case of natural disasters, government actions or other unpredicted situations;
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the provider;
- The website is not responsible for cancellations; these are handled by the provider.
4. Responsibilities of the Provider
- The provider is responsible for delivering the booked service (tours);
- Any issues regarding the quality or execution of the service must be addressed directly with the provider.
5. Responsibilities of the User
- You must arrive on time at the agreed meeting point;
- You are responsible for complying with local laws, safety instructions, and provider requirements during the excursion;
- The website is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or losses during the tour.
6. Limitation of liability
- The website acts solely as an intermediary for reservations;
- We are not responsible for the performance, safety, or quality of services provided by third-party providers;
- Liability for the tour lies exclusively with the provider.
7. Privacy and data protection
- Personal data is collected only for booking purposes and communication;
- Payment data is not collected or stored;
